9/11/19 Workout of the day
In honor of everyone who gave their lives, on 9/11/01, we will perform:
400 Meter Farmer’s Carry
400 Meter Med Ball run
400 Meter Front rack carry
2 trips up and down the stairwell of the building holding the same implements used on the above
Every time the kettlebells or dumbbells touch the ground it counts towards 1 round of:
Tally your total number of drops throughout the workout and perform the rounds of snatches and burpees at the very end!
