30 minute EMOM

Thrusters

Pullups

Minute 1 perform 1 rep of each movement. Increase 1 rep every minute until failure. After failure change movements to Hang power snatch and pushups. Starting at one rep and increasing 1 rep every minute. If you fail that go back to thrusters and pullups until 30 minutes is reached
